Job ID: ATCI-5083456-S1890304 Location: Bengaluru, India Employment Type: Full Time Experience: 15–20 Years Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, CS, or Data Science; PhD preferred for R&D-focused roles)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect (Associate Director) with deep expertise in AI Agents & Workflow Integration for industrial and enterprise environments. This role is client-facing and C-suite-engaging, requiring both technical depth in integration/AI systems and strategic advisory skills. You will architect end-to-end integration solutions powered by AI and autonomous multi-agent systems—spanning manufacturing, supply chain, and operations—while ensuring compliance, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Advisory
- Define Industrial AI & Agentic AI roadmaps aligned to business KPIs (OEE, yield, cost, throughput, sustainability).
- Advise CxO stakeholders on AI-driven integration opportunities (autonomous workflows, closed-loop optimization, human-in-the-loop decisioning).
- Shape governance, operating models, and funding approaches for scaling agentic platforms.
Integration & Architecture
- Architect end-to-end integration solutions: mapping business processes, defining data entities, selecting technology stacks, and designing the integration architecture.
- Build reference architectures across edge–plant–cloud ecosystems (data ingestion, streaming, model registries, policy engines, observability).
- Implement integration of AI agents with MES/ERP/SCADA/DCS/CMMS, ensuring safe tool execution and IT/OT convergence.
Agentic AI & Use Cases
- Design multi-agent architectures (planner/solver/critic) for predictive maintenance, yield optimization, scheduling, and quality automation.
- Deploy AI agents with RAG, knowledge graphs, and vector databases to power reasoning and decision-making.
- Implement guardrails, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure safe and responsible AI operation.
MLOps & LLMOps
- Establish pipelines for ML and LLM (CI/CD, prompt versioning, drift detection, lineage tracking).
- Lead edge AI deployments on NVIDIA/Intel platforms with Kubernetes, Docker, and Triton.
- Build observability frameworks for agent actions, SLAs, and KPI adherence.
Governance & Compliance
- Codify Responsible AI & Agentic Safety policies (explainability, auditability, security, privacy).
- Ensure compliance with industrial and IT/OT standards (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, IEC 62443, ISO 27001/26262, AS9100).
Leadership & Delivery
- Serve as chief architect/design authority for AI + integration programs.
- Mentor architects, ML engineers, and data teams across projects.
- Contribute to pre-sales, solution shaping, and ecosystem partnerships with hyperscalers and industrial tech providers.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Proven record delivering AI + integration solutions at scale in industrial/manufacturing domains.
- Strong expertise in AI Agents & Workflow Integration with multi-agent orchestration.
- Deep knowledge of integration technologies, shop‑floor systems, and protocols (MES, MOM, SCADA/DCS, OPC UA, MQTT, Kafka).
- Proficiency in ML/LLM stacks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, RAG, vector DBs).
- Hands-on with MLOps/LLMOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, SageMaker, LangSmith, Guardrails).
- Experience with edge AI deployment (NVIDIA Jetson/IGX, x86 GPU, Intel iGPU, K8s/K3s).
- Strong security & governance background (Zero Trust, IEC 62443, data residency, IP protection).
Good to Have:
- Agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
- Digital twins and simulation (NVIDIA Omniverse, AnyLogic, AspenTech, Siemens).
- Optimization & reinforcement learning (cuOpt, OR-Tools, Gurobi, RLlib).
- Standards & frameworks (ISA-95, RAMI 4.0, DAMA-DMBOK).
- Six Sigma/Lean/TPM exposure for credibility with operations.
