Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Int Controls & Compliance Associate with 1–3 years of experience in KYC and CLM to support onboarding reviews and regulatory compliance for capital markets clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and process client onboarding, account maintenance, and periodic review requests.
• Perform customer due diligence reviews and validate onboarding documentation against regulatory and client requirements.
• Conduct sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and compliance screening activities and escalate potential matches appropriately.
• Review beneficial ownership and legal entity documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Support tax documentation review and validation, including FATCA and CRS requirements.
• Investigate documentation deficiencies and coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain outstanding information.
• Maintain accurate case records, workflow updates, and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify and escalate operational risks, compliance concerns, and process exceptions.
• Meet defined SLA, productivity, quality, and compliance expectations.

We are seeking a Capital Markets Senior Associate with 1–3 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), onboarding, and KYC operations to support institutional and corporate banking clients. The role is responsible for conducting onboarding reviews, performing customer due diligence activities, supporting screening investigations, and ensuring operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and positive client outcomes

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, onboarding, or financial services operations.
• Good understanding of onboarding processes, customer due diligence, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of sanctions screening, beneficial ownership reviews, and regulatory documentation.
• Familiarity with FATCA, CRS, or tax documentation processes is preferred.
