Job summary

HDFC Group is hiring an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in Sales to lead a regional team and drive direct sales across BFSI sectors.

The role focuses on achieving targets through effective sales planning, training need analysis, and maintaining relationships with branch officials. Candidates with at least 1 year of BFSI experience, GI Insurance exposure, and own two-wheeler are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in BFSI sector, direct sales
• Experience in GI Insurance desirable
• Must have a two-wheeler
