Job summary

Nextenti Tech Private Limited seeks a proactive Insurance Liaison to empanel hospitals with health insurers and TPAs. The role requires coordinating onboarding documentation, regular follow-ups, and maintaining relations with insurers. Some travel may be required to meet insurer representatives.

Candidate should manage tariff negotiations, ensure timely approvals, and track agreement renewals. Strong English, Hindi and Telugu communication is essential; basic MS Excel knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach health insurance companies and TPAs for hospital empanelment.
• Submit applications for hospital onboarding with insurers.
• Coordinate documentation required by insurance companies.
• Follow up regularly until empanelment approval is completed.
• Maintain professional relationships with Insurance companies & TPAs.
• Attend meetings with insurer representatives.
• Coordinate treatment package rates with insurers.
• Negotiate revised tariffs where required.
• Escalate pending cases to insurance contacts.
• Track agreement expiry dates.
• Complete renewals on time.
• Add new insurers/TPAs to hospital network.

Candidates should be open to travel if required. Candidates must have relevant experience of empanelling / networking with Hospitals or Insurance Companies. Male / Female both are applicable for the role. Should have good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu. Candidates having experience of working with Hospitals will be preferred. Key Responsibilities of the role: Identify and approach health insurance companies and TPAs for hospital empanelment. Submit applications for hospital onboarding with insurers. Track agreement expiry dates. Complete renewals on time. Add new insurers/TPAs to hospital network. Basic Knowledge in Ms.Excel
