Job summary

Accenture India Private Limited is seeking a Claims Management Analyst to support property & casualty insurance claims processing. The role involves reviewing referred claims, updating accepted claims, making decisions on referred cases, and referring rejected claims with reasons.

You'll contribute to the lifecycle of claims, including initial loss notification, investigations, payments, adjudication, and subrogation where applicable, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance claims.
• English (domestic) - Elementary proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review KFI for all referred claims.
• Update the KFI accepted claims on relevant systems.
• Take decision on claims referred.
• Refer rejected claims with reasons.

• Claim processing team collects end end data data
• Develop and deliver business solutions that support the claims process across its lifecycle, including first notice of loss, claims investigation, payment administration or adjudication, provider reimbursement (health care), subrogation and recovery.
