Shri Krishna Placement in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced Instrumentation Engineer with 8-10 years in OIL & GAS to lead instrumentation scope design and C&I deliverables. The role involves site layouts, cable sizing, CCTV placement, IT sockets, FAT/SAT validation, and material inspections.

You will drive HSSE integrations, training, and continuous improvement while coordinating with DECs on complex projects. Candidates should hold B.Tech/B.E.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Instrumentation required.
• 8-10 years of experience in instrumentation engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design Engineering for Instrumentation scope of works.
• Engineering Design of C&I scope: development of site specific deliverables, cable sizing, CCTV camera locations, IT and data switch sockets in buildings, preparation and review of site layouts; design calculations and material inspections; FAT/SAT at vendor/manufacturer.
• Coordinate with DECs for C&I deliverables and aviation/retail projects; ensure timely deliverables per HSSE and quality norms.
• Develop standard engineering drawings and specifications; stay updated with technology/developments; support training modules and in-house competency.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and safety incidents; implement corrective actions; improve HSSE practices.

Job Description :

• Design Engineering for Instrumentation scope of works
• Engineering Design of C&I scope: o Development of site specific deliverables o Cable sizing o CCTV Camera Locations o IT and Data Switch Sockets in Buildings o Preparation, checking, review of site layouts o Design calculations o Material technical inspections, Conducting FAT/ SAT at vendor’s/ manufacturer’s work o Preparation of TBE for materials and services
• Engineer and implement projects to meet business requirements o Develop standard engineering drawings / specifications based on design basis o Timely deliverables as per agreed norms of quality and HSSE o Incorporate new developments in design and standards o Stay abreast of developments in technology / industry / competition o Coordination with DECs for C&I deliverables of Aviation System, Additive Dosing Facility, Retail Outlets, etc.
• People development for enhanced capability & productivity o Developing training modules and conduct training programs o Create in house competency to meet all engineering needs
• Bring focus and continually improve practices related to HSSE o Review & incorporate safety aspects /checks in existing designs & ensure awareness by available communication avenues. o Perform root cause analysis of accidents / near miss reports; implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
• Asset management to enhance reliability & productivity o Carry out root cause analysis of failures and provide optimum solutions to enhance reliability
• Maximize customer satisfaction (internal & external) and take corrective action on feedback.
