Job summary

dunnhumby is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that help colleagues and clients build capability. The role supports the wider L&D team across learning design, content development, learning technology, and learning operations, working closely with subject-matter experts and stakeholders.

You will apply learning models, create web-based and instructor-led experiences, and contribute to AI-enabled learning experiences, including chatbots, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience using learning and creative tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, MS Office, Figma) and applying learning frameworks such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick.
• Experience with LMS, LXP, and web-based learning platforms, with a basic understanding of APIs, system integrations.
• Experience analysing learning feedback, data and reports to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Education, Experience & Skills
