Job summary

Lloyds Technology Centre in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced data & insights analyst to join our team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights to support executive decision-making and business performance.

You will conduct deep-dive analyses, partner with business teams, ensure data quality, automate self-serve dashboards, and contribute to continuous improvement while aligning with risk and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify drivers, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business teams to translate insights into actionable performance interventions.
• Lead data quality investigations and drive improvements with data owners.
• Support the delivery of high-quality, automated and self serve insights that empower executive decision-making with greater agility.
• Prepare compelling narrative summaries for stakeholders.
• Manage small improvement initiatives or workstreams.
• Accountable for work end to end, proactively managing risks and ensuring commitments are met
• Uphold alignment to Group Risk Framework maintaining a culture of proactive risk ownership.
• Identify and work with others to deliver continuous improvement opportunities
• Be curious by asking questions to grow capability and expand knowledge.
• Collaborate with team to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Support team productivity by identifying quick wins, automating repetitive tasks, building defined solutions and improving workflows using approved AI tools and emerging technologies
