  • Proactively connect with potential learners via outbound calls
  • Understand individual customer needs and provide customized course recommendations.
  • Convert leads into paying customers by driving consultative and need-based selling.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 15 years of experience in B2C inside sales, preferably in EdTech or service-based industries.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
