Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive (preferably a woman professional) with 45 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales development.
This is a high-visibility role closely aligned to revenue, working directly with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target accounts across enterprises, BPOs, BFSI and insurance segments in India and selected global markets.
- Reach out to CXOs and senior decision-makers (CX Heads, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Contact Center, Digital/Transformation Leaders) via phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Run structured outreach campaigns to generate and qualify leads for:
- Contact Center & CX modernisation
- Cloud/CCaaS migrations
- WFM and CX analytics
- AI-led automation (voicebots, chatbots, agent assist, quality automation, etc.)
- Schedule intro calls, discovery meetings and product demos for the sales/leadership team and ensure all meetings are properly documented.
- Maintain and update lead, contact and opportunity information in CRM / tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, target lists and outreach strategy.
- Share periodic reports on outreach, connection rates, meetings set, and pipeline progress.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in inside sales / business development / sales development in a B2B technology, SaaS or services environment.
- Prior exposure to CX, contact center, UCaaS/CCaaS, SaaS, or IT/Infra sales will be an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with CXO-level stakeholders over phone and video, and writing professional business emails.
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English); clarity, confidence and good listening skills are essential.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and basic CRM workflows.
- Self-driven, disciplined and comfortable working remotely with clear weekly/monthly targets.
Nice to Have
- Experience engaging with BPOs, banks, NBFCs, or insurance companies.
- Understanding of basic CX metrics (AHT, FCR, NPS, CSAT, SLA, occupancy, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Work Model & Location
- Remote-first role with flexibility.
- Candidates based in or around Gurgaon are preferred for periodic in-person meetings and reviews.
