Kyndryl Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced infrastructure specialist to join the team in Bengaluru. You will diagnose complex issues, design integrated solutions across hybrid environments, and automate workflows to improve reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software, cloud, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking or data & analytics.
• Enterprise IT experience across large-scale environments.
• Hands-on with software development, DevOps, or systems administration/architecture in public cloud AWS domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

The Role

What you will do

Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Design, deploy, and integrate end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud and on‑premises environments to ensure seamless operations.

Automate workflows, processes, and system tasks to improve reliability, efficiency, scalability, and operational consistency.

Assess technical risks proactively and implement preventive measures to minimize disruptions and maintain business continuity.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Architects, Project Managers, and technical specialists, to deliver successful project outcomes.

Lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution, ensuring high‑quality delivery within agreed timelines and customer expectations.

Communicate technical solutions and architecture recommendations effectively to customers and stakeholders, building trust through measurable business impact.

Continuously expand expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise IT systems, and emerging technologies while pursuing professional certifications and career growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience and deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• Enterprise IT application experience
• Hands‑on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
• In‑depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
• Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
