Job summary

Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru is seeking an automation engineer to implement automation for certification and plant management using Python and Ansible, extend APIs for infrastructure-on-demand, and automate lab-based testing for new hardware and software certification.

You will communicate with internal clients to identify new business requirements and design well-architected solutions that meet their needs, leveraging networking, Linux, and F5 load balancers.

Qualifications

• Experience automating repetitive tasks related to installation, configuration or management of infrastructure using Ansible, Python, shell or other scripting/programming language
• Expertise with F5 LTM & GTM load-balancer configuration and APIs (TMSH, iControl and iRules)
• A firm understanding of networking concepts & protocols at all layers: TCP/IP, BGP, HTTP, SSL etc...
• Experience with distributed web applications and knowledge of their underlying infrastructure
• Comfort working with a Linux-based command line

The role involves:

• Knowledge of virtualized and containerized infrastructure
• Understanding of software version control, deployment & build tools and SDLC practices
• Recognised industry certifications from F5, Cisco and other vendors
