Job summary

Magneti Marelli Parts & Services in Bengaluru is seeking an Information Security Specialist to support data security across sites and ensure compliance with company information security rules and customer security requirements.

You will assist internal and external audits, classify project data, define or revise procedures, and contribute to the TISAX/ISO27001 controls program. The role offers a hybrid work model to balance office collaboration with focused remote work.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in SW development.
• 3-6 years experience in ISO27001 and/or TISAX controls and/or compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of Internal/external audit and related remediation plans
• Support/attend the Security Internal/External audits and related remediation plans
• Cooperate with the project core team to define and classify the project data.
• Support the end user to protect data on the basis on data classification
• Define or revise procedures concerning data security in order to keep the alignment among different sites/plants
• Support / manage the execution of TISAX Information security process (e.g. Site Zoning, Risk analysis, Information Security training, Access review, ..)

What Qualifications you will bring:

• Electronic Engineering Degree, Information Science Degree

Former Experience

• 1-3 years experience in SW development
• 3-6 years experience in ISO27001 and/or TISAX controls and/or compliance controls

Other skills that we would welcome:

• VDA / TISAX certification process competence
• ISO27001 competence
• Marelli Information Security procedures competence
• Experience in ICT Department and SW development will be considered a plus
• Travel availability
