Infrastructure is Okayish good and work pressure is very less. Good for employees who want to work less and have completed 10 years of their career already

Dislikes

There has been no hike in the past 2 years, I am on 4.09 LPA after 4.5 years and they want me to continue as is for some more years without a hike. I including many other people were on bench for 2 years, when we got a project it was a role which no one would do that’s why we were doing. No one in the 5 years has said that bcz Infosys gave me a chance i am at 20 or 10 LPA or today. Many employees including some who are there for more than 4 or 5 years have been asked to leave in a day without real reasons. Infosys hires, keeps and asks people to leave when they want and as they want. The leadership is very long term so they do not do anything for the employees only in the favour of the company. They provide you comfort so you never feel like leaving the company despite of the minimum salary. I highly recommend not joining Infosys in the first 10 years of your career
