Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Data Integration Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of Informatica and IICS-based solutions. You will design and optimize ETL/ELT workflows, coordinate with architects and business stakeholders, and ensure scalable, reliable integration pipelines.

The role requires 9–11 years of hands-on Informatica/IICS experience, with a focus on performance tuning, governance, and production support. Bengaluru-based with a strong delivery mindset and mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica and IICS implementations.
• Experience delivering ETL solutions, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Knowledge of data integration concepts, transformation logic, scheduling/orchestration, and operational support practices.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and document findings for stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data integration solutions using Informatica and IICS, from requirements through deployment and support.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows, mappings, and orchestration for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Drive best practices for reusable frameworks, parameterization, error handling, logging, and monitoring across pipelines.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis for data quality issues and failures.
• Mentor developers and guide delivery with quality and governance standards.

• Experience leading cloud-based integration programs using Informatica Cloud, including migration/modernization initiatives.
• Strong capability in designing scalable integration architectures, reusable components, and standardized ETL frameworks.
• Exposure to performance tuning techniques for complex mappings, large-volume loads, and incremental processing patterns.
• Experience implementing robust operational controls such as audit reconciliation, restartability, and proactive monitoring/alerting.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, driving delivery governance, and improving engineering practices across projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• 9-11 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica and IICS implementations.
• Proven experience delivering ETL solutions, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
