Job summary

WM Logistics in Indore is seeking a motivated accounts professional with a B.Com or M.Com to support audits, finance, and daily accounting tasks. This role emphasizes learning through certification and adherence to SOPs in a professional office setting.

Ideal candidates will have solid communication and analytical skills, willingness to grow in a finance team, and the ability to follow procedures, handle invoices, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications include B.Com or M.Com or equivalent.
• Preferred 6 months of relevant experience in Audit, Accounts, or Finance.
• Candidates with excellent communication and analytical skills may be considered even without experience.
• Experience in similar processes is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures.
• Follow training schedule and achieve certification at defined levels.
• Maintain professional relations and communications with internal customers.
• Follow procedures and introduce new ones into daily routine.
• Meet or exceed productivity requirements.
• Resolve problem invoices with urgency.
• Return or resolve quality control issues in queues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
