The Hartford is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy Agentic AI solutions on GCP, partnering with data scientists and product teams to deliver AI-driven capabilities.

You will leverage Vertex AI, Google ADK, LangGraph and Langchain, ensuring scalable, secure services with Cloud Run and other GCP components.

This role requires hands-on GenAI expertise, end-to-end project delivery, and industry-leading practices to align with enterprise architecture.

Competenze

• Experience: 6–8 years in Software Engineering with at least 2+ years in GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Project Delivery: Must have delivered at least one GenAI or Agentic AI project end-to-end.
• Proficiency: Google ADK, LangGraph/Langchain, Agent Engine, and Vertex AI.
• GCP: Cloud Run, ECS, Vertex AI Search Engine, IAM, and networking.
• GenAI patterns: LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Programming: Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Soft skills: problem-solving, communication, collaboration.

Position Summary

The Senior AI Engineer willbe responsible for designing, building, and deploying Agentic AI solutions using Google ADK,LangGraph/Langchainand Agent Engine on GCP. This role requires deepexpertisein GenAI, hands-on experience with Vertex AI, and strong knowledge of GCP services such as Cloud Run, ECS, and Vertex AI Search Engine. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that align with enterprise architecture and businessobjectives.
