As Income Auditor, you'll be the person connecting the dots behind the scenes, making sure every room night, dinner tab, spa treatment, and rooftop cocktail is accounted for with accuracy and integrity. You'll have a sharp eye for detail, a curious mind, and a passion for keeping the business running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Review and verify daily revenue generated across all hotel outlets and operating departments.
Audit room, food and beverage, spa, and other revenue streams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Reconcile daily reports, transactions, and supporting documentation.
Investigate discrepancies, variances, and unusual transactions, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for Finance leadership.
Monitor compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit procedures.
Partner with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other operational teams to ensure accurate revenue capture.
Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes.
Maintain organized audit records and documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
A solid foundation in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in income auditing, accounting, finance, or revenue-related roles.
Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue streams.
Comfort working with PMS, POS, and financial systems.
Excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to spot inconsistencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A proactive mindset and the confidence to ask questions when something doesn't add up.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Previous experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury environments is a plus.
