What You'll Do:

• Promote a consultative approach to identify opportunities for additional value creation and business growth within existing customer engagements.
• Mentor and coach project team members, leveraging individual strengths to maximize delivery effectiveness and team performance.
• Support Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative project execution.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex, cloud-based enterprise software implementation projects.
• Prior experience working as a Functional Consultant, Technical Consultant, Solution Lead, Test Lead, or similar role for enterprise supply chain applications.
• Experience leading enterprise integration projects involving APIs, middleware platforms, integration architecture, and data exchange methodologies.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Execution processes, transportation planning, warehouse operations, logistics execution, and order fulfillment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile project management methodologies, sprint planning, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and optimize team capabilities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Experience with tools and technologies such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Salesforce is preferred.
