Job summary

Multiplier is hiring an in-store demonstrator in Vijayanagar, Karnataka for a full-time role. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and support the sales team to build brand awareness.

You will train and guide the sales team in the territory, set targets, monitor performance, and report insights to senior management. You will travel to customers within the area and conduct face-to-face meetings to close sales.

Qualifications

• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
• Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
