We're looking for a strong Java + scala Data Engineer with solid hands-on experience in design and implement high-quality scalable and robust technical solutions across all layers of application . The role demands deep comfort with java and its ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement high-quality scalable and robust technical solutions across all layers of application development, including APIs, application logic, performance, reliability, persistence, tests, CI/CD, and IaC .
• Mentor less experienced team members, led by example, and produce high quality code, while adhering to development best practices.
• Participating in our agile ceremonies and actively driving towards the team's goals.
• Analyze user requirements, envision system features and functionality.
• Working collaboratively with a global team of technologists and business users.
• Participate in all aspects of SDLC (analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and deployment)
• Leading with ideas and innovation.
• Managing communication and partnering with our end users to design solutions.
• At least 4 years' relevant experience (4-8 years of total experience) with skills using Core Java, Java Restful APIs, Gradle/Maven, Spring, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Solid understanding and experience with Object-Oriented design and development
• Solid understanding and experience with Microservices architecture and design
• Experience in building server-side applications using J2EE Technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in building Cloud or Cloud ready applications.
• Experience with building highly scalable, secure, and fault tolerant microservices.
• Proficient with database technologies with complex SQL queries (preferably PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server / DB2), including modelling and performance tuning
