Job Description & Summary: Java developer

Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java 3+ and Spring Boot. Implement RESTful APIs and ensure proper API versioning and documentation. Build event‑driven architectures using message queues and streaming platforms. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Write comprehensive unit, integration, and contract tests.

Mandatory skill sets
  • 3-4+ years of Java development experience
  • 3+ years hands‑on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns and best practices
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
  • Experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Experience with API gateway technologies
Preferred skill sets
  • Strong experience with Git version control and branching strategies
  • Proficiency with build tools (Maven, Gradle)
  • Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mock frameworks, Test containers)
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
