Job summary

PwC is seeking an experienced governance, risk and compliance professional to lead security governance programs in India. The role focuses on establishing governance structures, developing policies and ensuring regulatory mapping to protect sensitive information.

Required are 5–10 years in GRC and a Bachelor of Engineering. Candidates should understand risk prioritization, policy oversight, and maturity roadmap execution within a large professional services firm.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• Bachelor of Engineering is required.
• Experience with governance frameworks and policy management is expected.

• Develop and manage policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Drive compliance mapping to laws, regulations, and control requirements
• Oversee governance reporting, dashboards, and management review mechanisms
• Coordinate policy exceptions, approvals, and control oversight activities
• Support periodic assessments and governance reviews
• Align governance practices with organizational strategy and risk priorities
• Monitor maturity improvement and roadmap execution
