Job summary

PwC seeks a Senior Associate in Advisory Operations focusing on Data and Analytics to steer GenAI initiatives and intelligent agent architectures. You will define roadmaps, identify value opportunities, and collaborate with senior leadership to align AI strategy with business goals.

You will lead the integration of GenAI technologies, evaluate new tools, and ensure responsible AI practices while supporting digital transformation for clients.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in related roles.
• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / MCA.
• Bachelor of Technology degree required.
• Experience with GenAI/Agentic technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for Agentic AI and GenAI initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities where autonomous agents and generative AI can drive business value.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI strategy with overall business goals.
• Lead architecture and development of intelligent agent frameworks (e.g., goal-driven, tool-using agents).
• Oversee the application of LLMs, multimodal models, and fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific use cases.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI/Agentic technologies (e.g., AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct, DSPy, etc.).
