Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate in Data & Analytics to design and build robust data infrastructures, pipelines, and BI solutions. You will lead Snowflake-based transformations, oversee DWH/BI architectures, and mentor a team of engineers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data models, ensuring data quality and governance while leveraging tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Snowflake and data transformation within Snowflake.
• Strong background in Data Warehouse (DWH) and BI architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce & CPQ data and architecture.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data architecture and solutions.
• Oversee, develop and manage data transformation processes within Snowflake to ensure data integrity, quality, and performance.
• Design and optimise Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) architectures to support business analytics and reporting needs.
• Well versed with Salesforce & CPQ data and architecture. Understands financial bookings and revenue reports in Salesforce and DWH, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and data models.
• Implement and maintain best practices for data management, data governance, and data security.
• Implementation of BI tools, like Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, and others, to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data architecture, data transformation, and BI tools.
