• Experience with chatbot development platforms and tools (e.g., Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson).
• Proficiency in integrating chatbots with APIs and other 3rd party applications.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical people.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
• Experience with testing and quality control.
