Responsibilities

Support Team Operations: Assist in the management and execution of tasks within the SAP SD team, collaborating closely with functional consultants and analysts.
Project Involvement: Contribute to the project lifecycle for SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Functional Support: Provide assistance in core SAP SD areas, such as Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing and Credit Management.
Process Documentation: Participate in documenting business processes, requirements and functional specifications to support project deliverables.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and contribute to quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with SAP best practices.
Stakeholder Communication: Support communication with business stakeholders by assisting in translating business needs into actionable specifications.
