Job summary

PwC is seeking a Manager-level Solution Architect with 8–12 years of experience to design end-to-end Microsoft-based enterprise solutions. You will translate business needs into architecture blueprints, drive governance, and mentor developers across cloud, security and DevOps domains.

The role emphasizes Azure, hybrid/ cloud-native patterns, and generative AI initiatives, with opportunities to lead innovative projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in enterprise architecture and cloud solutions.
BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA or equivalent is required.
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft tech stack including Azure and Power Platform.
Experience with generative AI, Azure OpenAI, and AI-enabled architectures is preferred.
Strong in security, identity management, governance and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.
Translate requirements into architecture blueprints, specifications and roadmaps.
Lead architecture governance, risk assessments and design validation workshops.
Mentor teams on cloud design, coding standards and Microsoft platform capabilities.
Prototype AI-enabled solutions and support POCs for new Tech like Generative AI.

Job Description & Summary: Solution Architect - Microsoft Stack, Cloud & GenAI

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies including .NET, Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SQL Server, and related integration platforms.
Translate business and functional requirements into architecture blueprints, solution designs, technical specifications, estimates, and implementation roadmaps.
Architect scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud-native and hybrid solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Provide technical leadership across application modernization, cloud migration, integration, data platform, DevOps, and AI-enabled solution initiatives.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate architecture patterns, technology choices, deployment models, and integration approaches.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, security teams, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
Lead solution reviews, architecture governance discussions, technical risk assessments, and design validation workshops.
Support proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new technologies, including Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot-based solutions, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics use cases.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, identity, governance, privacy, performance, observability, and operational requirements.
Mentor developers and technical leads on architecture best practices, coding standards, cloud design principles, and Microsoft platform capabilities.
