Job summary

PwC Advisory in India seeks a SAP Service Management Consultant with 3–12 years of experience to lead end-to-end SAP implementations, including S/4HANA Service Management, contracts, orders and field service processes.

You will design workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support pre-sales activities while delivering training and client-ready documentation.

Strong communication and analytical skills, plus a background in integration with SD, MM, FI/CO, and BRIM/C4C, are valued.

Qualifications

• 3–12 years of SAP implementation experience.
• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Service Management and S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and support of S/4HANA Service Management including contracts, orders, notifications, warranties, in-house repair, and field service management.
• Design solution workflows: document types, pricing, authorizations; perform fit-gap analysis and blueprint workshops.
• Configure seamless integrations with SD, MM, FI/CO, PM, and SAP FSM or C4C for cohesive business processes.
• Develop functional specifications, supervise technical teams (BAPIs, ALE/IDoc, OData), and manage interface development.
• Facilitate testing activities: unit, integration, UAT; prepare test scripts; resolve defects.
• Oversee go-live and hypercare, providing end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Engage in pre-sales and stakeholder collaboration to shape client-oriented solutions and RFP responses.

• Integration know how: strong background in integrating Service with SD, MM, FI/CO, and potentially with SAP FSM/C4C or BRIM.
• Solution design capabilities: end-to-end service lifecycle from customer engagement, contract, planning/scheduling, execution to billing, analytics.
• Analytical & communication skills: capable of translating business needs into system design, documentation, and training.
• Client-facing aptitude: experience in workshops, go-to-market, and cross-functional team collaboration
