Job summary

PwC in India is seeking an SAP FI consultant with 8 to 11 years of experience in SAP implementation and support projects. You will address customer requirements in S/4HANA finance areas and participate in end-to-end lifecycle from realization to Go-Live.

The role requires strong knowledge of FI-AR, FI-AP, GL, New GL, FI-AA, bank accounting and Controlling, with at least two implementations and one support project in SAP FICO. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of experience in SAP implementation and support.
• Experience in S/4HANA finance areas across industries.
• Minimum 2 SAP FICO implementations and 1 support project.
• Knowledge of FI-AR, FI-AP, GL, New GL, FI-AA, Bank accounting and Controlling.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Background in SAP Solution Manager topics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementations and support projects for clients.
• Analyze requirements and design FI configurations and processes.
• Contribute to Go-Live activities and post go-live support.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.

The candidate should be able to address customer requirements in S4HANA finance areas for various industries. Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects. Demonstrate the ability to actively involve in the meetings with internal and external clients, providing a creative source of solutions to address customer issues. Must have S/4 HANA Implementation & support experience. Knowledge on FI: FI-AR (Account Receivable), FI-AP (Account Payables), GL and New GL (General Ledger), FI-AA (Asset Account), Bank accounting, Controlling, General Ledger accounting including New GL, Parallel Ledgers, Inter Company accounting, Configuration of SAP FI integration with some SD, PP or MM modules. etc. Must have minimum 2 implementation and at least 1 support project experience in SAP FICO Space. Document functional designs, test cases and results. Must be able to handle the accounting entries for the different business transactions happen in SAP. Excellent Communicational, Interpersonal and Presentation skills. Background on SAP Solution Manager Topics (functionalities & tools).
