Job summary

PwC in Pune seeks a SAP PP/DS consultant with 7+ years of experience to provide expert SAP planning solutions across ERP master data, PP/DS, and integration with MM/QM. The role emphasizes production planning, detailed scheduling, and collaboration with client teams to capture requirements effectively.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration and implementation experience, strong communication, and a track record of delivering SAP projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP PP/DS experience.
• Bachelor of Engineering or related degree; CA or Diploma acceptable.

Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of ERP master data: Material Master, Work centers / Resources, BOM, Routing/ Recipe, production versions, set up matrix.
• In-depth knowledge of PP/DS master data - capacities, PDS, Transport lanes.
• CIF integration of master data & transaction data objects.
• Hands on experience of Production Planning heuristics: Configuration, testing, solutioning.
• Hands on experience of Detailed scheduling.
• Material Planning using SAP MRP.
• Integration of PP/DS with PP, Material Management, QM.
• Knowledge of working on Production orders/ Planned orders.
• Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements.
• Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements, reports, interfaces and developments as meet business needs.
• Ability to work closely with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented.
• Experience in SAP Implementation, rollout and support Project.

• Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements.
