Job summary
PwC India is seeking an Oracle Fusion Tech Manager in Mumbai to design and implement Fusion solutions across Finance, HR and SCM domains. You will work with analysts and business partners to translate requirements into robust technical designs and ensure reliable operation of Fusion-based systems.
You will lead development, integration, and reporting efforts using BI Publisher, OTBI and Fusion tools, while staying current with Oracle updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience working with Oracle technology and Fusion products.
- Experience with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI as core tools.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture, data models and development tools.
- Proficiency with Oracle Fusion middleware technologies (SOA, ADF, BPEL).
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Java and XML in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Fusion modules like Financials, HCM, SCM.
- Understanding of REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical solutions for Oracle Fusion applications, including customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Collaborate with analysts, consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICEW).
- Ensure performance, scalability and reliability of Oracle Fusion applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion.
- Participate in code reviews, testing and QA for high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance to end-users and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion updates and best practices.
- Document technical designs, configurations and procedures.
