The role requires deep SAP expertise, certifications, and strong leadership to mentor teams and drive architectural governance within a dynamic advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with professional SAP expertise.

• Certifications in SAP technologies are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead SAP solution architecture aligned with business strategy.

*Responsibilities:

• Design and develop SAP solution architecture that aligns with business strategies and objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end SAP solution design including integration points, system landscape, and data flow.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP SCM, or others relevant to the business.

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions.

• Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery.

• Evaluate new SAP technologies and recommend enhancement opportunities.

• Develop and maintain SAP architecture documentation including blueprints, roadmaps, and standards.

• Ensure SAP solutions meet security, scalability, and compliance requirements.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP in architectural discussions and governance forums.

• Facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge sharing related to SAP architecture.

*Mandatory skill sets

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and related modules.

• Proficient in SAP integration strategies such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and API management.

• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Gateway, and SAP analytics solutions.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SAP cloud offerings is desirable.

• Excellent understanding of enterprise systems architecture principles and methodologies.

• Strong problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, SAP Certified Application Associate) are preferred.

• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices in SAP projects.

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
