Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong FI knowledge: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting; CO: CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA.
• Experience in Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Skill sets

• 2–20 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Requirement Gathering, Business Blueprint, Configuration, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Hands-on experience in Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA).
• Experience in team handling, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting roles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred skill sets

• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification and consulting experience with large enterprise transformation programs.
