Job summary

PwC in Bengaluru, India is seeking an Associate-level OT Cybersecurity, OT Network and IIoT Specialist with a strong OT background to lead the development and implementation of integrated IT-OT infrastructure and security solutions.

The role requires 5–12 years in OT, experience with ISA/IEC 62443, and a track record of guiding security projects and teams in manufacturing or energy sectors. You will drive risk assessments and champion secure OT networks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee OT and IIOT security projects and initiatives.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience with OT cyber tools such as IDS, EDR, SIEM, etc.
• Conduct risk assessments following ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards.
• Possess work experience in ICS like PLC, SCADA, and MES systems (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, ABB, Emerson, GE, etc.).
• Experience with asset management tools and OTSM, with a preference for ServiceNow.
• Have experience in building secure OT networks and supporting the development of IT-OT integration architecture with an understanding of the cybersecurity aspects of integration.
• Manage a team of consultants and senior consultants.
• Collaborate with senior management to align security strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
