Job summary
PwC in India is seeking an Associate to join the Advisory line focused on project portfolio management. You will help transform governance, monitoring, and delivery of capital projects by strengthening PMO structures, reporting, and the implementation of digital solutions including dashboards and data models.
Based in a multi-city setting, you will collaborate with client PMOs, contractors, and stakeholders to drive governance improvements and AI-enabled analytics across large infrastructure
Qualifications
- 2–7+ years of relevant experience depending on role level.
- Associate: 2–4 years
- Senior Associate: 4–7 years
- Manager: 7+ years
- Hands‑on implementation experience in live capital project environments.
- Experience in PMO, governance, project controls, digital transformation, and reporting/analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations, or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage governance structures, review calendars, action trackers, risk and issue logs, and executive status reports.
- Support PMO operations and improve reporting and decision‑making frameworks across project environments.
- Maintain key project registers, reporting packs, and progress monitoring mechanisms.
- Track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and project performance across capital projects.
- Analyze trends, delays, and variances to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support structured review mechanisms for project monitoring and performance improvement.
- Implement digital solutions for project controls, including MIS dashboards, automated reporting, and AI-enabled analytics.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Advanced Excel, and related technologies.
- Support integration of project data across multiple systems and embed digital tools into day‑to‑day workflows.
- Collaborate with client PMOs, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to run reviews and present structured updates.
- Support day‑to‑day client interactions and ensure timely execution of project management activities.
- Contribute to improving governance and digital roadmaps for large‑scale infrastructure and capital projects.

- Full-time role.
- Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Bengaluru / Ahmedabad / Kolkata /Client site.
- Travelrequiredbased on project needs. Will beupto50% per month.
