Job summary

PwC in India is hiring for an Associate in Advisory Operations. The role focuses on business applications consultancy, enabling clients to optimize workflow and deployment of software solutions.

You will coordinate with IT and business teams to implement functional requirements, review outputs, and support UAT and training across building-permit processes and related systems.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of building bye-laws, DCR (Development Control Regulations), and approval procedures.
• Experience in preparing functional documents, BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze CAD drawings (AutoCAD skills preferred).
• Basic knowledge of software development processes (SDLC, Agile methodology is a plus).
• Exposure to municipal e-governance or building permit systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Job Description & Summary

In this role, you will work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the overall deployment process. Your responsibilities will include managing cloud services, configuring and monitoring infrastructure, and implementing automation tools to support our software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
