Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes company, is leading digital transformation in life sciences and supports over 30,000 clinical trials. This role involves configuring Rave EDC, managing clinical study setup, and guiding client teams through deployments.

You will work closely with CDM, clinical operations, and developers, traveling to engage with customers and ensure timely delivery of study builds. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience with clinical trials data collection, standards, management and statistical prep.
• Strong understanding of Protocols and eCRF specs and ability to program into RAVE EDC.
• Experience with core configuration, Cloud Admin, Lab admin (as relevant).
• Experience supporting project teams and meeting timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers during enablement or implementation of our software by answering questions and resolving configuration or UAT issues.
• Provide guidance on software usage and best practices to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CDM, clinical operations, developers, and QA.
• Absorb and apply new information quickly and think logically to solve complex EC.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Industry knowledge of Clinical Trial processes, specifically as they relate to data collection, standards, management, and preparation for statistical analysis
• Strong understanding of protocol, eCRF specifications, DVS or EC Specification and ability to Programme them into RAVE EDC
• Rave EDC Form Build, Configure EC, writing CF specification/ requirement.
• Should have knowledg eof core config, Clould Admin, Lab admin
• SHould have exp on Migration/ Post prod changes and QP.
• Ability to absorb and apply new information quickly
• Ability to think logically to solve complex EC and build them.
• Strong collaboration and team-building skills.
• Support customers during enablement or implementation of our software by answering questions, resolving configuration or UAT issues, and providing guidance on software usage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
• Willing to travel to office locations and customer engagements
• Strong understanding of Clinical Study Setup activities within the Rave database.
• Experience or basic knowledge of eCOA, Patient Cloud, and other Medidata-related products.
• Fundamental understanding of Clinical Data Management (CDM) processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year university/college degree or equivalent (analytic discipline a plus)
• Experience working with clinical trials, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Strong understanding of Clinical Study Setup activities within the Rave database.
• Experience or basic knowledge of eCOA, Patient Cloud, and other Medidata-related products.
• Fundamental understanding of Clinical Data Management (CDM) processes and workflows.
• Prior services delivery experience required
• Experience supporting project teams and meeting project timelines
• Prior data management or clinical trial software consulting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of clinical research concepts, study lifecycle, and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to work in a client-facing role, including effective communication and requirement gathering.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as CDM, clinical operations, developers, and QA.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality study build and timely delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adhere to timelines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tools, processes, and client needs.
