Autodesk, Inc. seeks an Implementation Consultant to analyze workflows for AEC projects and lead end-to-end implementation engagements. You will configure Autodesk solutions, mentor teams, and apply a train-the-trainer approach to scale adoption across client organizations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide data migration, and provide ongoing coaching to customers and partners while traveling as needed to deliver value on mega projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Hands-on construction project management experience.
• Knowledge of Autodesk products like BIM 360, Forma Build, and related tools.
• Experience with standards like ISO19650 is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience; 10 years preferred.

You will analyze existing workflows and processes in the context of the customer’s business and project goals. Working with key business unit stakeholders and project teams, you will assist in defining new workflows, configuring software, enabling teams, and mentoring mega project teams to ensure successful implementation. By documenting your engagement and applying a “train-the-trainer” approach, you will help our customers scale impactful solutions across their organization to achieve meaningful business results.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of existing workflows and processesHands on experience on projects with Electronic Document Management SystemKnowledge and experience on Autodesk products like BIM 360, Autodesk Forma, Insights, Construction Management, Cost Management and application of industry standards like ISO19650Experience in sustainability, estimation and tendering, quantity takeoff and progress monitoringProcess definition, planning, and implementation of new technologies and workflowsProvide coaching, change management to customers (external & partnersProvides innovative solutions to meet customer and industry challenges based on Autodesk product solutionsLead implementation consulting engagements with customersApply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflowsGuide customers in the best application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use casesConfigure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirementsDefine migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk productsCollaborates with customers (external), partners and internal stakeholders consulting groups (internal) to resolve technical issuesProvide coaching and mentoring to customers to drive adoption and consumptionProvide coaching and mentoring to partners to enable the scalable delivery of packages service offeringsProvide input to sales and proposal presentations and identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organizationContributes task estimation and task description in Scopes of Work as well as scope clarification with customersTravel up to 50%Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineeringKnowledge of Autodesk products like Revit, BIM 360/Forma Build, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination, Cost management, Power BI etcHands on experience with construction project management and schedulingIndustry experience: Infrastructure, Building, ConstructionMinimum 8 years+ relevant experience (although the preference would be for 10 years)Preferred QualificationsExperience with ACC, BIM 360, Building Connected, or other products of Autodesk’s Portfolio is a plusConstruction industry experience with a general contractor or subcontractor projects including onsite processesSome experience in consulting, client solutions, services, or similar experienceBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related degree.
