This role will involve supporting and managing Russell Investments’ global third-party overlay portfolios. These portfolios consist primarily of derivatives (futures, forwards, swaps, and options), including listed and OTC instruments. Our team’s goal is to help our third‑party clients manage portfolio risk, optimize asset allocation, implement their desired positioning, and maintain target exposures across complex multi‑asset portfolios.
Responsibilities will include daily data validation, pre/post trade compliance monitoring, trade creation, verbal and written interaction with the appropriate internal contacts (Portfolio Managers, data teams, compliance, reconciliation, performance) and external vendors. The role also involves maintaining performance reporting for certain accounts, troubleshooting data and reasons for discrepancies, and tracking client cash flows.This role will be fully crossed trained on all applicable asset classes and instruments.
