Job summary
Oms Healthcare Chennai invites candidates with UG/PG in life sciences or para-medical fields to join as Medical Coder Trainee. The role involves learning to convert medical records into coded formats using ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS and training on coding practices in a healthcare setting.
Nursing freshers, pharmacy freshers, and life sciences graduates are invited to apply; incentives, insurance, provident fund and cab/food benefits are offered. Training will be provided in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Qualifications
- UG/PG in Life Science, Paramedical, Pharmacy, BPT or Nursing backgrounds.
- Freshers welcomed from nursing, pharmacy and life-science streams.
- Willingness to train as a Medical Coder Trainee and learn ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS.
