Job summary

HR Solutions seeks an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to manage end-to-end administration for ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and Fiori. You will perform installations, upgrades, migrations, and manage transports, backups, and system refreshes.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP Basis, deep knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, and HANA, plus proficiency with Unix/Linux and Windows environments. Cloud familiarity and GRC concepts are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP Basis experience in large-scale SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, and HANA database administration.

Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with SAP system copies, upgrades, and migrations (including SUM, SWPM, and DMO tools).
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP Cloud Connector.
• Familiarity with content server.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager (7.2) for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Understanding of SAP security concepts and GRC integration.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
