Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based ECHO specialist (Echocardiographer or Sonographer) for our Mumbai, India team. You will perform quality checks, process imaging data, and support imaging studies within a clinical research environment.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Echocardiology and/or Sonography.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Experience with both general ultrasound and echocardiography is preferred.
• Experience in clinical trials or pharmaceutical environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance checks on echocardiographic/ultrasound imaging data.

• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports and timelines.
• Provide technical expertise to the project team related to ECHO and U/S imaging.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance checks on echocardiographic/ultrasound imaging data to ensure protocol specific requirements are met;
• Perform established image processing techniques (converting imaging formats, performing preliminary measurements and volumes) on ECHO and U/S images using proprietary software as well as other third party software;
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports and project timelines associated with imaging studies;
• Provide technical expertise to the project team related to ECHO and U/S imaging as needed; and
• Track study status including subject status, scan status, timelines, etc.
