Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree or university‑level qualification in a relevant field, such as Economics, IT, or Engineering. 8+ years of experience in project management, program governance, or large‑scale transformation initiatives. Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, ERP transformations, or digital transformation programs. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, and risk management practices. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Planner). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to influence teams and drive results in a complex, matrixed environment. Experience with process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Solid planning, prioritization, and execution leadership skills. Excellent oral and written English skills.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Business User Access Management activities. Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or related industries. Project Management, Agile, or analytics‑related certification such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum is a plus. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery methodologies, or enterprise transformation environments is an advantage. Strong understanding and hands‑on experience in large scale digital transformation projects. Strong teamwork attributes in a virtual/remote working environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict management skills.
Other Requirements: Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days per week, with up to two remote workdays per the flexible work policy. May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.
