Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an SAP TM Functional Expert to shape and optimize transportation management processes. You will configure SAP TM solutions (BN4L and Advanced TM), align business requirements with technical execution, and serve as the bridge between business users and IT.

Lead requirements sessions, document issues, and drive project delivery with cross-functional teams while ensuring minimal disruption. Travel 10–25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP experience.
• Ability to communicate sophisticated concepts clearly to business and IT stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and escalation leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Professional SAP TM certification or equivalent credentials.
• Experience with regional and international SAP TM deployments.
• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Transportation Management, including configuration and implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in BN4L and Advanced TM functionalities.
• Familiarity with change management and project leadership in large-scale SAP environments.

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 10 - 25% regional and international travel required.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
