Senior Research Fellow (SRF) 1. M.Tech./M.S/M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent degree in a closely related discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or 7.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale). 2. National Eligibility Tests- CSIR-UGC NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE. 3. Minimum two years of research experience after obtaining the qualifying degree, as per institute norms. Academic qualification requires a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from graduation onwards and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.

Desirable Qualifications

• Exposure to methodologies for dataset validation, error analysis, and annotation quality assessment.
• Ability to design reproducible experiments, perform error analysis, and report results with proper metrics.
• Prior experience in Python platforms such as NLTK, Anaconda, and Jupyter/Python notebooks along with basic versioning system (Git & Github) knowledge.
• Familiarity with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery, along with backend and deployment technologies such as Flask, Nginx, MongoDB, SQL, ElasticSearch, or similar frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to write efficient, clean, and well-documented Python code.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience in the implementation of at least one ML/NLP-based project, preferably involving real-world datasets.
• Experience in conducting research and publishing papers in peer-reviewed conferences and/or journals.
• Ability to read, understand, and implement research ideas from academic literature, and to conduct systematic experiments and analysis.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a research-oriented environment.

Pay and Tenure

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 54,600/- along with a House Rent Allowance of Rs. 12,600/- per month, applicable as per institute norms. The appointment is for a duration of 12 months, which may be extended based on satisfactory performance and the availability of funds.
