Eligibility Criteria

• PhD in Textile Technology / Polymer Science from a premier institution with a first class in the preceding degree in the appropriate discipline.
• At least 1 year of post-Ph.D. research experience in R&D projects involving the preparation and evaluation of textile fibre.
• Experience of working with and/or managing teams) and coordinating with intra and inter- organizational stake-holders.
• Basic knowledge of MS OFFICE-suite.

Junior Research Fellow:

• First Class M.Tech in Engineering or equivalent from a premier institute with *NET/GATE. (2) Experience in building Al-apps and employing Al-apps for fabric identification
• Desirable: The candidate should have basic idea of hand- loom and power-loom manufacturing processes.
• Basic idea of computer vision and knowledge of programming languages like Python and application in data analysis.
