Selection Process

Selection is by interview, which may be held in person or online. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a place on the shortlist. The institute may limit the shortlist to a reasonable number based on higher qualifications and/or experience. Service Conditions

• The job is purely temporary, for an initial period of 6 months. It may be extended based on the candidate's performance and the project's needs, up to a maximum tenure of 2 (two) years.
• The contract is with the CoE and starts only after Nayara Energy releases the funds and the CoE receives them.
• The post is purely contractual, so there is no right to claim regularisation or absorption in the institute.
• The institute may choose not to fill the post.
