• Design and configure business rules, workflows, and decision logic within the Impact Financial Systems (IFS) platform.
• Translate business requirements into configurable solutions supporting advisor onboarding, account maintenance, asset movement, and transition processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify opportunities for process automation.
• Analyze and model financial services business processes and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow execution, system behavior, and configuration.
• Test configurations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.
• Document workflows, business rules, and system configurations for ongoing support and maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with the Impact Financial Systems (IFS) platform is required.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, and decision logic within IFS.
• Experience supporting advisor onboarding, account opening, account maintenance, asset movement, or transition workflows.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflow solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving configuration, workflow, and system‑related issues.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders including Operations, Compliance, Product, and Technology teams.
