Job summary

Simeio is seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect to design, implement and lead SailPoint ISC solutions. You will drive client engagements, provide technical leadership and deliver scalable identity governance in complex environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, REST APIs, Java services and database integrations, and proven mentorship of teams in an Agile setting.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect with a strong background in designing, implementing, and leading SailPoint ISC solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and proven experience in client-facing engagements, technical leadership, and delivering scalable identity governance solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Proven experience designing and leading SailPoint ISC implementation projects
• Strong hands-on experience extending and customizing ISC using:
• SailPoint Rules
• PowerShell scripting
• REST APIs
• Java-based services and integrations
• Strong understanding of JDBC connectors, relational databases, and Web Services integrations
• Ability to evaluate multiple technical approaches, clearly articulate trade-offs, and guide clients toward solutions that best align with their business and technical requirements
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex identity and security concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment with bi-monthly sprint cycles
• SailPoint ISC Engineer certification is preferred

What You Bring

• Experience leading and mentoring development or implementation teams
• Prior experience with Agentic AI development or AI-enabled enterprise solutions
• Strong technical leadership skills, including solution reviews, design decisions, development oversight, and implementation guidance
• Ability to work effectively with client stakeholders, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
